Cambodia-China Inauguration of The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway

Phnom Penh: On the evening of November 9, 2022, Prime Minister Hun Sen and China's Premier Li Keqiang jointly inaugurate the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh.

In addition to the inauguration of the expressway, there were two other symbolic inauguration ceremonies, including the inauguration of the Sihanoukville low carbon emissions pilot project and the inauguration of the Confucius Institute at the Cambodia University of Technology and Science.
